Scheduling an Order—work will require a 7-14 business day lead time (depending on the size and complexity of the order). Once order is received (artwork, goods and approval by customer) work will begin. All orders received after 2 P.M. EST will be entered and scheduled for the next business day. Multiple orders must be submitted as separate orders.
Orders—Orders received will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt, during normal business hours. If you do not receive an e-mail from us within this time period, assume that your order was not received. Please re-send your order. Any changes in order once approved by customer will incur a $35.00 charge.
Adult and Youth T-shirts On Same Order—If your exact design is to be printed on both adult and youth sizes, additional screens and set-up charges will be needed UNLESS you agree to have the image sized to fit all the sizes (both adult and youth). In that case the image will be slightly smaller on the adult and larger on the youth.
Exact Quantity—If you supply you own goods for an exact quantity, submit 2 extra pieces per size to cover any misprint/spoilage. Any unused goods will be returned. (our spoilage ratio is very, very low however at times events beyond our control may occur).
Color Match—We do not guarantee 100% exact color match but will get as close as possible.
Garments Received From You The Customer—We are not responsible for garments that may not take the imprint medium properly. Check with your shirt supplier to make certain the garment will accept the type of media to be used.
Art Specifications and Details—Art work is to be submitted by you the customer. All artwork, slogans, etc. done by our art department will incur a $25.00 art fee. Art work files needed for imprinting are: Vector, Ai and eps that are not bitmap embedded. Art work size/image will be printed as submitted. Please convert all text to outlines/curves as opposed to editable fonts. Artwork submitted may required additional art charges upon reviewing.
Mock Ups—will depend on the order type. Please check with us.
Goods Received—All goods received should be inspected by you the customer prior to us receiving them. We will also check against your order for quantity and quality. We do not take any responsibility for errors from your supplier. All claims for supplier error must be submitted to the supplier and they must be held responsible. C.O.G. Designs will not entertain/address any claims.
Discrepancies/Shortages—All discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receiving your completed order.
Shipping—Charges are based on weight, dimensions and zip code. Companies used to ship: Federal Express and United Parcel Service. You must submit your ship method and location on your order.
Shipment Insurance—You will be responsible for shipping insurance above and beyond FedEx/UPS fee (free rate of $100.00) any amount you desire beyond that must be stated in your order and we will bill you for the coverage. We are not responsible for lost, late or damaged packages in transit. If proper insurance is not stated on your order, any loss is the responsibility of you, the customer.
Shipping Location—Wrong, incomplete, illegible addresses are subject to a $15.00 charge for each address correction.
Pick Up—Orders not being shipped must be picked up within 3 days of completion unless another date and time has been approved by the owner. All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 NSF handling fee. There will be no returns on goods without authorization from the owner.
Terms—1/2 of the total is due prior to processing your order. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of completed order. We currently accept cash, check, CashApp and Zelle. Invoices not paid within the due date specified will incur 1% of total bill per week service and storage charge and a late payment fee of up to $25.00. If your account is placed in collection, reasonable attorney fees and legal costs will be the responsibility of you the customer. Disputes relating to sold products are subject to the laws and jurisdictions of the courts in Georgia.
Quotes—quotes are valid for 30 days after issue. Quotes are not final until the artwork and production team has examined your submitted design for imprintability.
Rush Orders—Less Than 7 Business Days Turn Around Notice—We do accept rush orders when time permits. Please check first before assuming that we can provide this service. You may not cancel a rush order once your order has been placed and ½ of the payment has been received. Rush orders will incur an additional fee that will be added to the customer’s bill along with any rush shipping fees that may occur. Please contact us for rush order fees.
Cancellation—neither the customer nor the owner shall have the right to cancel an accepted order unless both parties agree in writing. The owner may with written notice, suspend or cancel any and all orders if the customer has failed to pay in full any past due invoices. Should both parties agree to cancellation, the customer agrees to accept and pay for all completed product. The customer will be subject to a cancellation fee to cover cost of material, work in progress and other expenses, with the amount not exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
Unsatisfactory Fit/Performance—in the event of any unsatisfactory fit/performance caused by a design flaw from the supplier, the customer will agree to hold the owner (C.O.G. Designs) harmless for those adverse events including, incomplete design provided by the customer. Under no circumstances will the owner be liable for any amount that exceeds the original purchase price of the product or service.Care of Garment—All garments should be laundered according to the manufacturer’s label, additional care includes having the garment turned inside out and using cool/semi-warm water setting for heat applied images. Drying should be low temperature or air dry. DO NOT USE HIGH HEAT. We are not responsible for any changes in the garment if these instructions are not followed.
